Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in comparable operation
  • Demonstrate competence in teambuilding, quality operations, problem solving, and administration.
  • Ability to use Agilysis point-of-sale and reservation software and equipment along with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining daily standards.
License Requirements
  • DBR-RI
  • Alcohol awareness server training
Essential Job Functions
  • Ensures daily compliance with all government and regulatory requirements as well as all Bally's policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for all aspects of daily FOH operations
  • Presents a positive image of the restaurant at all times. Interacts with vendors and the public so as to increase the appreciation of the restaurant and the brand in the marketplace.
Physical/Mental Requirements
  • Work a minimum of 40+ hours per week.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights.
Working Conditions
  • Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment

Bally’s Twin River Lincoln, located in Lincoln, Rhode Island, is the state’s largest gaming and entertainment venue. It is 10 minutes from Providence and less than an hour from Boston.

Formerly known as Lincoln Park, the renovated facility offers 162,000 square-feet of gaming space with over 5,000 gaming positions.
