Resort Maintenance Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment.

2. Conduct regular inspections of resort facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues.

3. Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance and ensure their satisfaction.

4. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas, including pool and recreation areas.

5. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or renovations.

6. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.

7. Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of equipment and facilities.

8. Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for guests and staff.

9. Provide support during emergencies, such as power outages or extreme weather events.

10. Collaborate with other resort departments to support overall operations and guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.

* Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly while evaluating and selecting courses of action quickly and accurately.

* Must work well in stressful high pressure situations and maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
