The Director of Housekeeping provides supervision and direction for all Housekeeping activities within the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. The Director of Housekeeping at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor will ensure that cleanliness levels and Marriott Brand standards are achieved and maintained. This position is responsible for the department financials, to include ordering, labor & expense management.

The Night Auditor at the Baltimore Marriott Inner is the overnight front desk agent who will balance room, restaurant and bar work daily. They are responsible for posting and balancing charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner and to maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.This position will work cover Night Audit (11AM - 7AM shift).

The Yard Restaurant, located in the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to motivate, coach & take care of associates, who deliver outstanding customer service & financial results. The Manager should be familiar with running specials, marketing the The Yard & creating relationships with local business & neighbors.
To train in the Housekeeping Department and The Yard of the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor hotel. During the five-week program each student will spend two and a half weeks in each department learning about how to work productively and efficiently in a full-service hotel while providing brand standard customer service to guests.
As a Sous Chef at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards, you would be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver amazing food, outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, candidates would be responsible for performing tasks to the highest standards.
The Rooms Controller is responsible for managing the assignment of rooms and supports the front office by serving as the liaison between Sales, Housekeeping and the Front office. They will handle VIP assignments, pending room communication, execute room moves, facilitate guest room amenity deliveries; all while also acting as a front desk agent to cover agents' breaks and answer internal and external calls throughout their shift. They provide quality guest services that include registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming room reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payment from departing guests. Knowledge of FSPMS, MARSHA & GXP preferred.
