• Spa Concierge - Female (Spa)

  The Spa Attendant - Female is responsible for greeting all guests, answering calls, assisting with guest inquiries, booking appointments, checking guests in for their scheduled services, appropriately billing for services received and completing the payment transaction, and cross-selling retail products. Duties will also include giving tours of the facility, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, ensuring appointments begin and end as scheduled, assisting guests inside the spa, serving refreshments, and continuous stocking and preparation for guest needs on the female side of the spa.

• Agent - Front Desk (Guest Services)

  The primary responsibility of the Agent - Front Desk is to sell and assign rooms, register guests, render bills, receive cash and credit payments while providing unmatched guest services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Technician - Slots (Slots/Electronic Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Technician - Slots is to learn through on-the-job training and maintain slot machines to help minimize down time on the floor and to maximize floor space revenue.  All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Attendant - TRU (Housekeeping)

  The primary responsibility of the Attendant - TRU is to service and supply coin and cash to the casino ticket redemption units and jackpot kiosks in accordance with established procedures. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Attendant - Valet (Transportation)

  The primary responsibility of the Attendant - Valet is to represent Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) to arriving and departing Valet Parking guests while parking and retrieving guest’s vehicles at the casino and hotel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

• Technician - Maintenance I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The purpose of the Technician - Maintenance I is to provide general maintenance to interior and exterior areas of the property including grounds keeping, and general labor assignments. • Supervisor - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Supervisor – Table Games is to supervise the operation of a group of assigned tables within the pit. The Supervisor - Table Games must be a coach for the Dealer – Table Games, providing feedback on performance. It is their responsibility to rate the play of our guests and to ensure that all gaming procedures are being followed. • Supervisor - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Supervisor – Table Games is to supervise the operation of a group of assigned tables within the pit. • Dealer - Table Games (Table Games)

  The primary responsibility of the Dealer – Table Games is to deal assigned table games while providing a superior gaming experience in a friendly environment. Assigned game must be dealt at the proper game pace and within all approved procedures including the proper paying and taking of wagers bet, in order to maximize company revenue. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

• Assistant Manager - Banquets & Catering (Catering/Banquet)

  The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager - Banquets is to assist the Manager - Banquets in the execution of banquet operations. This position will meet with customers to determine banquets needs, execute banquet food and beverage events according to banquet event order (BEO) specifications, adjust specifications as necessary and perform follow-up ensuring guest satisfaction. 

• Supervisor - Valet (Transportation)

  The primary responsibility of the Supervisor - Valet is to supervise the operations of the Valet Department for assigned shift according to Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) parking compliance regulations for all Wind Creek guests, team members, Wind Creek tenants and personnel. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, standards, and procedures. 

• IT Technician I (Technology/IT)

  The IT Technician I assists other IT team members in providing technical and end user support on the following application systems: Gaming, Point of Sale, Property Management, Financial Applications, and other installed application systems. Maintain a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows 10/11, and other applications as designated. Make help desk calls to customers.

• Massage Therapist (Spa)

  The Massage Therapist will receive base pay with 20% commission and 20% gratuity ($60 per hour and up including base, commission and gratuity).The Massage Therapist performs professional body massage and treatments. Must possess a thorough knowledge of the body, have excellent massage techniques, possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train with the spa specific treatment protocols.

• Convention Porter (Meetings/Events)

  The primary responsibility of a Convention Porter is to setup and break down all convention areas of Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) meeting rooms. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.

• Host - Player Development (Sales & Marketing)

  The primary responsibility of the Host - Player Development is to direct and market (including telemarketing) potential qualified guests from both an established player following, assigned accounts and new accounts to the casino and to measure/rate their play at Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and the Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures. 

• Executive Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous Chef is to supervise, delegate and work hands-on in kitchen functions with kitchen personnel to ensure high quality of food, timeliness in food service, proper food and labor costs, and a safe, sanitary kitchen. Also required to train and develop sous chefs. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC (“Wind Creek”) policies, practices, and procedures.

Representative – Players Services is required to balance their cashier drawer at the end of their shift.
