The Ideal Candidate for this Position

We are seeking a customer friendly individual to join our team in the capacity of a Housekeeping Supervisor for 2nd shift.   This candidate must prioritize providing “Wonderful Hospitality Always.”  This individual must lead the team by example, have strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. 

Job Duties

• Inspecting guest rooms, public areas etc. after being cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room and public area assignments.
• Assist restocking supplies, emptying trash, assisting with stripping rooms, delivering items to guest rooms and providing superior customer service.
• Support team with cleaning guest rooms when needed to avoid guests waiting to check in.
• Run sold room reports, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of guest rooms.
• Confirm all duties on checklists are being completed daily. 
•  Assist Housekeeping Management in managing daily activities. 
• Communication and coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front office, and Sales.
• Responsible for responding to guests request through the guest experience platform. 
• Responsible for training,  coaching and daily stand up meetings. 
• This position also assists with responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, inventory, lost and found tracking. 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that consists of mid shift or 2nd shift hours, weekends and holidays.
• You must be able to pass a thorough background check as well as be drug free
• Previous Hotel Supervisor experience is required.
